Homemade Chicken Avocado Salad

Yields: 1 serving


  • 108g (approximately 4oz) grilled chicken breast, cubed
  • 113g plain Greek yogurt (I used 0% here)
  • 40g (approximately 1/2) ripe avocado, cubed
  • 1 to 2 tsp your choice of mustard (I used Sriracha mustard)


  1. Combine yogurt and mustard in a bowl and stir until well blended
  2. Add chicken chicken and avocado until coated
  3. Enjoy alone or on rice cakes, in a high fiber tortilla wrap, or as a sandwich!
