Welcome to a place for macro-friendly recipes and discussions related to Flexible Dieting and IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros).

Some of you may be wondering, “What is Flexible Dieting or IIFYM?” Well, for starters, Flexible Dieting is a “no foods are off limits” mindset used to track your daily macros (macronutrients for short; Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat content) of your nutritional diet. It is not a “diet” per say, but a way of tracking your daily caloric intake that is specific to your goals, such as: Fat Loss, Reverse Diet, Muscle Build, or Maintenance.

IIFYM (or If It Fits Your Macros) has gotten a bad wrap as of late after many people often only show their “treats” of ice cream, PopTarts, or cookies. But, the truth is, us Flexible Dieters also eat “real” food such as chicken, red meat, fruit, and veggies. But, who wants to see the “boring” stuff, right? I am here to show a variety of foods, “boring” and “fun”, to help educate and spark interest amongst the Flexible Dieting/IIFYM community as well as to anyone who has an open mind and is willing to learn.

A true Flexible Dieter will dabble in “bro dieting” as well as IIFYM philosophies in order to balance out their diet, and yes, some PopTarts and ice cream will be enjoyed along the way!
